Winter Groups
At Okemo Mountain Resort, every day is a great day to be in the mountains. Consistent conditions, terrain for all abilities accessible from each lift, and a guest service team warmly dedicated to your wishes and needs make Okemo the ideal destination for a winter group excursion.
Surrounded by the splendor of the Green Mountains, slopeside and nearby lodging put you at the heart of everything you need. Dine with us or shuttle to town for inspired farm-to-fork cuisine, and cap off your day with a drink by the fire or a hot tub soak under the stars. Guests of all ages will enjoy activities including ice skating, a gaming arcade, swimming, sledding and tubing, the Mountain Coaster, and snowshoeing and cross-country skiing at the Nordic center. Discounts on lift tickets and more are available for groups of 20 or more.

Meeting Venues
The Cornerstone Room , opens in a new window
This banquet facility is the perfect location for small corporate meetings or gatherings. The meeting space can be arranged in various room layouts including u-shaped, classroom, boardroom, theatre style and more. It has also been recently equipped with state of the art audio and video equipment. Food service is available and this facility is handicap accessible

The Sugar House
The Sugar House offers the ultimate picturesque mid-mountain location. Natural light pours in through plentiful windows, with incredible views on tap from the large, covered deck overlooking the grandeur of Okemo Valley. The Sugar House is ideal for groups of 50–140 guests.
The Great Room
Centrally located at the original resort area in the Okemo Clocktower Base Lodge, The Great Room offers spectacular views of the mountain base. It is the perfect lodge setting for large events, with a capacity of up to 375 guests.
The Bull Restaurant & Bar

Featuring 270 degrees of spectacular mountain views, The Roundhouse banquet facility boasts a unique multi-level, octagonal design that brings warmth and class to larger events. A stone hearth fireplace creates an inviting atmosphere, while the mezzanine level offers just the right space for hors d’oeuvre receptions. Located at the Jackson Gore Inn, The Roundhouse easily accommodates 50–150 guests for meetings or 100–300 guests for banquet-type events.
