The Summit Cafe at the Summit Lodge offers a variety of lunch options, warm beverages, pastries, and ready to go cooler snacks.
Start your day with a warm sugar waffle, muffin, or sliced breakfast sweet loaf, along with freshly prepared Yogurt Parfaits and Fresh Fruit Cups.
Lunch options are available at 10am daily and of course include our guest favorites, Chicken Tender Baskets and Burgers, along with newer, lighter, healthier options.
New to this season are our "Grains n Greens" salad menu, along with the Mediterranean inspired "Opa" station, featuring Falafels, Gyros, and chicken Schwarma.
The classic Kettle soup selection is also available, and feature our classic Beef and Bean Chili, Vegetarian 3 Bean Chili, White Cheddar Mac n Cheese, and more!
Piping hot cocoa, coffee, and tea are always available at our self-service beverage station, along with bottled and fountain beverages.
Satisfy your sweet tooth with our extensive candy selection, Fresh Baked Cookies, Brownies, and Rice Krispy treats.
Or maybe enjoy a savory bite from our cooler or snack racks.
